An adult plastibell?

Does anyone know if there is an adult plastibell device available?

I remember reading about experiments with such a device in Europe a few years ago, but have been unable to find any new info.

Has anybody been circumcised with such a device? What did it feel like?

Can these be ordered directly from a manufacturer, bypassing the need and expense of a doctor?

Can the same effect be achieved with household devices (rubber bands etc.)?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Do a Google search for circumcision devices.

I do not know if any are available for sale to individuals, but there are a few out there like the Smart-Klamp and Tara Clamp that work in basically the same way as a Plasti-bell.

There was a political movement a while back to circumcise men in Africa to supposedly stop or reduce the spread of AIDS. I'd expect some of the larger/international medical supply companies to have adult sized equipment because of this. Sorry I can't give you any specific company names, but maybe this can help point your search in the right direction. Maybe Google circumcision and Africa, and read over the article(s) to figure out which companies were donating the equipment?
