Physical Sign of Being Transexual
I have never seen this posted here, so I thought I would mention it.
Evidently most MtF Transsexuals have female arms. I always wondered why I throw a ball like a girl. I found out I have girl arms. If a man hangs his arms by his side and turns his thumbs out, his arms still hang down straight. If a woman does it, her arms taper out from the elbows out away from her body. It seems most MtF transsexuals, including me, have arms that do this.

Well it looks like I'm "male" with that test. Did you ever do the one where you put a chair down step back just enough to bend forward, lean your head against the wall and try to grab the chair and stand up? "Men" can't but women can. And me for whatever reason?!?! :-\

Mixed messages... My arms turn out with the thumb test. On the other hand, I can't pick up the chair and stand up, either.

MrT, I think your test has to do with center of gravity. Most women carry more weight in there caboose.

Hairless, I assume you mean thumbs out with the palms facing forward?
My goodness! It's true for me. I'm going to be asking a whole bunch of guys to do that.
Very interesting indeed.

Re: Physical Sign of Being Transexual
I've just run the test on:
suspected MtF male
A confirmed cisgendered male (he's a crossdresser but is firmly male identified)
3 more supposed cisgendered males.
Suspected MtF male: arms taper outwards
Confirmed cisgendered male: arms hang straight down
Supposed cisgendered males: arms taper outwards.
One of the supposed cisgendered males tends to be attracted to lesbian females more. Another one is gay.
None of the subjects were told the purpose of the test or what the results indicate before answering.
I'm trying to expand the sample size, but I do think there is no reliable physical indicator of transsexualism, since transsexualism occurs when the genetic instinctive gender identity does not match the genetic physical sex.
