I like potatoes baked, mashed, au gratin, shredded, sliced, diced.

Thus, each day my five pound bag of potatoes is easier and easier and easier to hold and I hold it up longer and longer.......until I run out of potatoes and then have to start all over.

But really, when you pick up a five pound or ten pound bag of potatoes and realize how heavy they are, and then think that loosing five or ten pounds of body weight isn't such a big deal, it really IS a big deal. Our excess weight is what drags us down.

Body fat is one item where LESS is BETTER.

Strap two five pound bags of potatoes (or gym weights) to your waist and walk around all day (at home in private). Then take off the bags and feel the difference.

The trouble with weight is that we loose and gain it slowly.

Like the frog in the kettle of water, we don't notice that the water is getting hot until it is too late and we are cooked.

Instead of just spreading the butter on the cinnamon bun, fry it in a lot of butter in a skillet and then eat it.😄

Every day about 200-250 times getting in and out of my car, walking (and turning) to the doors takes about 10 km every day.

About three or four times a week to the swimming pool doing at least 2 km each time.

And very slowly, it is going down a little (2,5kg in 2 months)

Better finish some heavy thoughts, maybe leave some kilo's behind

I used to have a regular program of lifting 12 ounce (beer can) weights. --FLO--
