What do Avatars Really Mean?

I like guys with tattoos. When I was a child we had a neighbour, Tom, who worked in the merchant navy. Every time he came home on leave he'd acquired more tattoos and he used to let me examine them. I loved his tattoos and also I admired his strength, his confidence, his zest for life, and his air of innocence. I wanted to be like him. When I found this picture it reminded me so much of Tom -the innocent boyish face, the typical sailor tattoos, the air of strength and confidence - so I chose it as my avatar. He's the man I wanted to be.

I came back from a gig in the Middle East with one of those big curved knives (it. now THIS is a knife). Dear wife and I figured we could take some good photos with that as a centerpiece. We took a number of photos. Current avatar is one of her putting a baggie with huevos in the frig. It was just such a pain in the ass getting the photo inserted (finally had to get help from Paolo) that I have not changed avatars since then.

In other words, avatars are a function of opportunity and do not represent anything else for me.

I've toyed with the idea of an avatar to be used here.

Problem: I can't seem to come up with a Heraldic Device (some might say "Coat of Arms") that would represent me accurately.

You see; I'd take up the entire page with a rod and reel, shotgun, deer rifle, bass boat, a flaming American Express Card, "Little Black Dress", slingback heels, thong bikini, a Sybian, a caricature of my mani-pedicurist, a cute little peepee with an obvious vacancy beneath it, BG and WOBG, BG's Tank, a margarita, Nancy Pelosi dangling from the gallows, and so on.

Darn! Once again my hopes are dashed!...Sniffle.

Mine is of a Tattoo design that I plan to place on my left calf. It is also printed on a T-Shirt and will be the CD cover for my band's new album that comes out at the end of May.

I wanted an avatar and could not decide when Mr.T said two guns for tugon(two gone). The image he showed was of Clint Eastwood with two guns. For those who know me I am no Clint Eastwood. A friend and I were looking for images with two guns and we found Mickey. I felt more like Mickey than I did Clint.

Humm... A man has to know his limits - (Magnum Force)?? I'm both pleased and feel dumb that I'm the source for not understanding two gone.

The history of mine is that when I joined I still had two non functioning testicles and was looking at ways to treat my chronic orchialgia (Pain in the nads) I don't remember where I was in that whole scheme but I was already on Hormone Replacement (and knew removal was an option) and when it said "pick a screen name" I thought of Testosterone. MrTestosterone seemed a bit too much. MrT seemed funny and I admit the real MrT entertains me greatly so....

My Avatar has changed several times. It was at one time a MrT Doll, a bottle of the Testosterone I inject a few other Fab MrT pix. Someone sent me this one "MrT rolling his eyes" Probably after talking to that "crazy fool" Murdock. It may change again. Maybe to avoid being accused of stealing pix off the internet (with the Testosterone bottle) I'll post a shot of my injecting it.

BTW I've been asked if I'm black. Sorry... Nothing I try seems to work but I AM trying. Am I really MR T. I pity the fools that think Mr T needs any moreTestosterone! Have you ever seen this guy? He drives a tank and throws Snickers bars at weak pathetic people who pretend to be hurt!
