Uganda People News: NDA donates 500,000 to boy whose penis was cut off

The National Drug Authority has donated five hundred thousand shillings to three year old Mukisa George whose penis was cut off by a traditional healer in Bugiri.

NDA’s Executive Secretary Moses Tumuhairwe says that the funds are a contribution to Mukisa medical surgery that he is going through

It was quoted in media that Mukisa was to get a plastic penis but the surgery is limited by funds.

John Oatabata the traditional healer who is said to cut off Mukisa’s penis is currently detained in Jinja main prison.

The NDA also warned media houses against advertising services of traditional healers. The NDA said traditional healers advertise fake services and con local people.

This is a case where there's ONLY ONE fitting punishment...A PUBLIC and well-advertised-in-advance event at which this bastard has his peepee chopped off before a cheering crowd then paraded through the streets with it hanging from his sorry neck.

Following that, he should have "I have no penis" tattooed on his forehead and be forced to stand on street corners 8 hours a day.
