Well, I have a lot of pain in my testicles so I have to pack them up pretty tight most of the time so they don't jostle around. I always thought it was the result of a bike injury when I was a kid, but now my doctor thinks I have a chronic staff infection (I'm being tested next week. How do they do that? Don't tell me.). I've found a poly thong from Victoria's Secret that holds me pretty firmly and minimizes pain when I'm exercising or surfing. Not perfect, but the best I've found. Maybe the customized jock would be the E-ticket.

Truthfully, I've read the posts about wearing womens underwear...and I just can't bring myself to do it. To me it would be like saying I give up, I'm a female now...I ain't quite ready for that!

I don't know why someone would object to wearing womens underwear. I hate boxers and "whitey tighteys", I will only wear mens bikinis, panties, or mens or womens thongs. They are completly comfortable and sexy and I like the colors and patterns. I like the guys underwear is a little better because they are designed to support your special parts. If I didn't have those then I would probably wear panties full time. It is the same reason why I don't wear a bra.

For me as far as comfort is concerned the 90%cotton/10%lycra or so thongs are the most comfortable since they do form around your appendage nicely. Size 5 or 6 is enough for me since the measurement is determined from the waist and not from anything down below. Also those disposable thongs that you can buy in packages of a hundred or so at a time sold for spa owners seem like a good idea to me but I have never tried them yet. Even before I didn't have any balls it was never comfortable for me to wear men's underwear since what I had was simply too small.

I only wear womens panties in small and when soft I do not have much showing. My balls are not that big so don't show to others but I still know they are there..temporarily..but others can't see them protruding

I like the jockey underwear for working out it is comfortable however I normally like boxers the silk I love.

Even though i do not have the package I had with my hormones being where they need to be at least I have not lost a whole lot of my penius and I look forward to continuing to progress after the bad infeation i had called bilateral orchitis which re occured various times resulting in the sestruction and atrophy of my testicles due to a conflict when I was 18 almost 19 that had a dramatic effect on my life, not something I wanted.

I like bickinis as well as thongs, however I could not wear my ladies underwear or womens i would feel emascualted and like my man hod had been taken away, not sure if everyone remebers my situations however information is posted.

I like boxers especially the newer tight boxer briefs. as well as tight briefs but the stylelish kind that are tight.

Being a male it is scarey to start wearing panties or something, I am not trying to offend anyone I just feel wrong like that then when I go to the fitness center take a shower change etc especially with the guys my age etc etc I would feel really embarassed to go in with panties most the guys wear boxers and some boxer briefs a few athletic straps and the older ones the normal whitie tighities that are not so tight.

i like smaller waist bands also because I had a 32-34 waist and now 36-38 which I am trying to work down lack of testosterone nearly killed me with all the side effects I had.

I am so thankful for my Dr's as i have my ife family kids back and things have been going well with my feelings and how things have been going for me.

Just depends on the prefernce and the person.
