Try the most simple one. Don't eat if you are over 150lbs
I feel most comfortable around 94 kilo's, it sure is a fight to keep the 96 I have. But any moment I reach 100 kg I take that hard method...only water, it works

I started with the Atkins Diet Plan in order to get control of Type-2 diabetes. I slowly began adding carbs back in, but only low-GI (Glycemic Index) carbs and no "junk carbs" like chips, etc. Of course, I did have 30 lbs. of rapid weight loss from high blood sugar at the beginning. I like to go for a swim no matter what the weather,The water round here is a bit cold shrinking my scrotum and pushing my nuts up inside.
