I am having a great deal of trouble with my personnel account. I create an account and all is good for a couple of months till i cannot access my account. when i try to log in it says Username or password is invalid. So i tried to re send my activation email and that did not work. Also tried the forgot password even though i know it just incase.. I have had this happen 2 times and now i cannot use my email addresses because i supposedly have accounts with both of them...

Keep in mind the personals are not directly connected to the forums. Your registration on the boards does not automatically register you on personals.

thanks for your reply but i did know that i thought i would get help here because my emails are not being returned when sent through personals..

ok i have a ea personels account NOT FOURMS account. I first started out with name Master_Gotlieb and a @gmail.com addr. It all worked fine then they did a upgrade to the personels after that it was ok till late one night i was on personels upgrading my account. when i pressed save and was wanting to return to the home screen I could not. It took me to the log in well I tried to log in and could not said that the username and password was incorrect.. well i knew 100% that my password was right. So i tried to resend the activation email no luck.. so i had a friend of mine log it and try to go to my page said that user did not exist.. well since then i changed over to my other email addr cause i could not register even a new name with the old email addr.. so a new name Sir_Gotlieb and my other email addr. 3 days ago same thing again happened.. now i am locked out have used both emails and cant re register. I have tried contacting ea support and ie eunuch and no replys.. I just want my old name back Master_Gotlieb and be able to use my gmail addr and look for my boy that may one day live with me and be nullo.... :dong::dong:

I am having the same issue. Cant log on to personals. Was working one day, stopped working the next. Says my password is invalid (I know im entering it correctly) Wont resend my password as it says account hasnt been activated. Wont resend activation as says my account is already activated!

Please be patient, IE will fix the personals as soon as he can.
