We're getting to the point here of subjective interpetations of how complete your chemical castration is. Short of being absolutely impotent and with no sexual urges, you have no idea of your actual testosterone level unless you have a blood/saliva test to find your actual number. While it sounds easy to take so much Androcur, you really don't know how much your T level has dropped. You can feel it is lower than before but you can't tell if it has been lowered by 10%, 50% or what? You can play around all you want but without facts, you won't know for sure where you are.

And yes, I realize that this may not be easy to obtain depending on your situation.

Thank for replying, anyway u said i need some tests done, i know when i was orderd to take this medication by the courts i had to give a full blood test but what that was for i dont know, i know since been on androcur they are effecting my penis and balls as i get a aching pain but told its normal, i can still get a hard on but not as much as without the meds, and when and if i do cum there is no force behind it, other side effects is breathlessness and get womens hot flushs which are unconfertable, and there as been alittle shrinkage in tests, i next see my doctor in 1months time so if u know what i need to ask please let me know, she as put me on prozac recently and told me there is a side effedt that will happen but i still have to take the meds and the side effect is impotency, im not going to lie the idea of my sex drive removed and now penis made dead scares me as ive enjoyed j/o for many years and also admit i enjoy exposing myself to girls/women and the odd guy but i also dont want to end up in jail, so part of me hates this but i dont have a choice as its forced on my by courts, and the other side agrees with what they (women mostly) want to do.

Testosterone tests can be ordered from various reputable places, via the internet.

Your issues are significant and complex. Every time you start to think about exposing yourself to others, force yourself to instead think about actually being arrested, going on trial, being in jail with horrible people, and when released being a Registered Sex Offender for the rest of your life.

Give your therapist full control over your treatment. Help is possible in most cases, if you have a good therapist and you let them do their job.

You really need to be on a higher dose of Androcur until your T drops, then go on a 50mg/day maintenence dose.

I really dont know tbh, shes been fantastic i must admit and i do trust her, but theres still alot of school stuff and other things she doesnt know about and the sexual side half the time i dont think she want to know or even gets bored, but thats just my opinion, some1 here said give her full control but i dont know what that means, she does totaly agree with me on chemical castration and not being able to masturbate as classed as a risk to both young girls/women, shes asked me if im into young girls sexually and ive told her i like them in school uniform (skirts) or skirts and white socks or black tights and that i get hard etc, but also told her i neevr think about havin sex with a young girl which i dont, although i like exposaing myself and masturbating on them, i just know this is all scary the thought of loosin my sex drive but people tell me its for the best but then the side effects i get (feminization) sucks, its just getting harder and harder.

Consider printing your very first post that is in this thread and give it to your therapist. While you must always be honest with your therapist, you don't have to tell everything all at once. But whatever you do say, do be honest. Maybe you don't want your therapist to know (yet) that you are visiting the EA web site. Fine, keep it to yourself for now.

You recognize that you have a problem. Just getting to that point is a big accomplishment.

Obviously eliminating the problem is the goal.

Don't get trapped in quicksand, which will happen if you think about and dwell on the problem forever.

Problems like this can not be solved quickly. Changing thoughts and behavior takes a long long time. If you are strongly religious, or have strong political party attitudes just think how hard it would be for you to change to another religion, or change how you think politically.

Our innermost self can be changed if we really want this. Less difficult things we can often do on our own. More difficult challenges required the assistance and guidance of someone who is trained in such re-molding of our inner self.

But when the mold of our inner self is set, it is not necessarily set in concrete. We are more like gelatin. Warm it up and it turns to liquid and it can be re-cast and re-set in a new mold. It's not as easy as that, but it makes for a nice comparative way to think about the process.

You can have urges to do sexual things that aren't really sexually based. Sex obviously tends to provoke strong reactions, sometimes sex is for the reaction instead of the gratification.

When you say young girls arouse you, what do you mean? If you don't want to have sex with them, maybe try to ask yourself what you get from what you do.

And if you still get urges to masturbate publicly... maybe phone sex? There are ways other than imposing yourself on people.
