I once tapped an elderly obviously poor and somewhat distressed woman on the shoulder to offer her a $20 bill. The outcome was most embarrassing. She shouted and screamed at me as if I had assaulted her and everyone stopped and stared. Its a wonder I wasn't arrested. She was still shouting as I got on my train which fortunately came along at the right time.
Learned my lesson. Only donate to the people who solicit aid and ignore the rest.
Just a few hours ago I visited a restaurant near my home. There was a young boy, maybe ten or eleven years old helping out by serving ice cubes.
My eyes told him exactly what they were seeing. A dream of a beauty and handicapped with two malformed legs. He could easy be a next generation victom of AGENT ORANGE.
As we went out, I had my friend a 2000dong note as a gift for the young boy.
The poor fellow accepted this shit fee and as they are teached he thanked me for it. It didn't work, his family has been asking around to find out my address, and together with the little beauty they came to see me. He had found a 500.000dong note inside the bill I spend for him. That must have been a mistake. They were honest people and they wanted to pay it back to me. My little friend explained them that I had been hiding that note very carefully inside the 2000 dong bill and that there was no mistake....
Loi cam on nhiuew They understand and respect a real gift. Just lucky for me, that I have normal people around me
