I'd looked into SSRIs before, but as I said earlier, telling people you want your libido gone is like saying you don't like Christmas. They give you this look like you're mad and you don't know what you're missing. I'll see if I can find myself some paxil. Thanks.

I would listen to A-1, what he says certainly rings true to a large degree, although I must have been depressed for the last 30 years as I have always had a maniac sex drive....lol
I have never tried paxil (probably never will), but from what I understand it is a fairly vicious SSRI, I don't mean to sound rude but you sound like you really want to rush into something. All I want to say is don't rush into anything, you can seriously screw yourself up with any drug that alters your mental state or hormonal state and you could very well end up far worse than you are now.
There are some scary tails of people trying to withdraw from SSRIs, not that they are physically addictive but one can have a reliance on them just the same.
