Testicular Shrinkage//Atrophy

Post by shutheight (imported) »

I want small balls as fast as possible.

I'm not sure if I should go with testosterone injections like body builders do or feminizing hormones. I would prefer the feminizing route since testosterone requires injection.

I was thinking of a cocktail of provera (oral), androcur, and low-dose estrogen.

Will the estrogen even be needed?

Any feedback?

I have micronised progesterone and provera... What's better (to shrink my balls)?

What side effect are you looking for. Do you know what the side effects are when your testicles shrink?

I want the effecs of castration with the benefit of small testicles.

Well, I would assume a reduced libido and lowered sperm production. What are you driving at?

Hey Bobbie,

Thanks for your quick replies.

I understand your concern about side effects.... I guess that's why I want to try chemical before surgical.

Considering that I am considering surgical, what do you think?

If you take, estrogen, progesterone, and provera you will be on your way to feminization including breast growth. Some will also have penal growth but the amount of feminization will depend on you sensitivity to female hormones. Even if you take androcur there will be some feminization as your body does make both male and female hormones.

You have to be willing to have all of the side effects. Depression will happen to some degree. Going on chemical castration drugs for a long test run will reduce the depress of once castrated. You should plan on at least 6 months. A year would be even better.

Of the drugs listed I think androcur ( cyprotetone acetate) (siterone) is the drug that will have the least damage to the balls. The most reversible. Female hormones can cause permanent damage with use. Hormone replacement drugs are not as good as the real thing.

To answer Shutheight's original question directly, let me refer to my own experience with Androcur + Tamoxifen.

The left testicle started at 4.3 cm long, 2.8 cm wide, and 11.5 cm around; right side is just a bit bigger.

After about 130 days on Androcur alone, the left shrank down to 3.8 cm, right had no noticeable change.

At 170 days on Androcur alone, the left shrank further to 3.5 cm, right side still unchanged.

I stopped all chemicals for about 1.5 years and resumed for about 265 days, this time with Androcur and Tamoxifen. After having weaned myself off of all chemicals for about 90 days, I did another measurement. Both nuts are now the same size, at 3 cm long, 2 cm wide, and 8 cm around.

Bobby was right that chemical castration comes with many side effects. I had to stop due to emotions, a slight case of anemia and frequent feeling chills at night.

After such a long stretch of chemical treatments, I think that the castration effects are pretty much permanent. After completely stopping all chemicals for 90 days, my erections are very few and if any very weak. My penis and nuts remain small as before, while all my side effects have gone away. Morning erections happen maybe once every 2 weeks, and they tend to be very weak as well, more a slight return to its normal soft size than any form of erection. Libido has resurfaced but also very weak at best.

So it seems like I got what I was hoping for, which, like you is a much reduced package and low libido.

Okay.

Here is what I've been using:

A.M.:

336 Premarin 0.625mg (0.625mg) x 2

180 finasteride 1 mg (1mg) x 1

200 Provera 5mg (5mg) x 1

P.M.:

200 Provera 5mg (5mg) x 1

336 Premarin 0.625mg (0.625mg) x 1

I like the results. My balls are shrinking and my sack is getting tight.

Believe it or not, my dick seems bigger, well, thicker.

Thank you all for your advice.

for over three years now and I have never had any signs of depression yet even with my T level under 100 for the past two years. I am sure that if I went of the meds I would stay the way I am now, no sex drive, no erections, but why take the chance so I will stay on the meds 50mg per day.
