Bilateral Orchiectomy Tomorrow

We have been married for over 35 years. I controlled our sexual activities initially but over time, things evolved so that my wife became dominant and I was comfortable being her sexual submissive. Our dom/sub roles were only in sexual play and not apparent to most of our friends and relatives. After about 12 years, my wife had reached her limit with my sexual ability. She grew increasingly frustrated with my small penis and rapid ejaculations, finally giving me the ultimatum that she would no longer have intercourse with me. It was a blow to my ego but I recognized that she was right. I was still allowed to stimulate her manually and especially orally as she required and we both used a strap-on on each other. Things continued smoothly for about 5 years until she wanted to get pregnant. I was allowed intercourse again; only 4 sessions strictly timed and structured to impregnate her. After the birth of our schild, she insisted that I get a vasectomy by urologist she knew thru work. I didn't really mind this other than having it done with her present and obviously in charge. He even allowed her to snip out the pieces of my vas to sterilize me after he did all the preparatory work. The next change was when she discovered male chastity devices. We got a CB-3000 chastity device but found we needed an additional sleeve, custom made and then fine-tuned to make it usable and effective with my thin penis. I didn't relish the confinement but she controlled things. I never had it on longer than 2 weeks at a time but that was frustrating enough. We discovered chemical castration about 2 1/2 years ago. I thought that if my urges were lessened or eliminated, I could more easily deal with the enforced chastity. We began with monthly injections of Depo Provera and daily doses of Spironolactone. In time, I became impotent and didn't need the chastity device. I could still masturbate weekly or maybe it should be weakly, but couldn't get erect and my orgasm would only produce a drop or two of clear semen. And I had about zero need for sexual release.

I liked most of the effects of the chemical castration and thought about making it permanent. I found I didn't miss sexual activities when I didn't have any desire for them. Physical castration seemed ideal. We bought a burdizzo and had two unsuccessful attempts with it, one on each side. Pain was a major issue and we didn't use any anesthetic when we did my left testicle. We did use some EMLA to deaden the skin on the attempt on the right testicle but it was still very painful internally. There seemed to be slight damage to the right one and it ended up somewhat smaller but certainly still viable. I liked the idea of being physically castrated but wasn't in a position to pay to get it done here or abroad and there was no way to get it done by a urologist when there was no good medical reason. If I couldn't get my testes physically removed, it would be almost as good if I could make the chemical castration into something permanent.

The one thing that seemed interesting was alcohol injection. I had read a bit about this on the Internet. There were some threads on EA however the administration seemed to quench them. But it also seemed there was plenty of medical evidence to show that heavy drinkers had low testosterone. It seemed logical to think that if low concentrations of alcohol in the blood (0.2%) could lower testosterone over time, stronger alcohol injected directly into the testicle would be even more effective or destructive depending on your point of view. And if the EA guys were against it in an irrational way (my opinion), it was like my parents telling me not to do something without any good reason. It was almost an invitation. I decided to rationally experiment with injecting alcohol into my testicles. I bought a bottle of triple filtered, 100 proof Smirnoff vodka and a box of syringes. I played around for 6 months or so, injecting them with typically 1 1/2cc each when the mood fit. I had injected about a third of the vodka and also kept up with the chemical castration so it was impossible to tell if the alcohol was effective in lowering or eliminating my testosterone when the chemicals were already doing that. But the physical changes to my testicles were clear. They were smaller and harder but more noticeable, were positioned higher in my scrotum than dangling at the bottom. During a yearly physical exam my primary care physician discovered my testicles were small and very hard. I hadn't complained of any sexual problems or other symptoms of low testosterone, he just found this himself. He sent me for an ultrasound and after seeing the results, to a urologist who did another ultrasound as well as testosterone and prolactin tests. (Unfortunately the urologist my wife knew and who did my vasectomy was not in our current health plan so we chose one previously unknown to either of us) My T level was 95 which was only a third of the lower acceptable level. He then did a surgical biopsy of my testicles with the diagnosis they were infarcted. I thought he should have taken them out then but he wanted to wait three months to see if my testicles and T level would recover/regenerate. I obviously continued with the meds and alcohol injections, upgrading the alcohol to 190 proof grain alcohol (Everclear) and increasing the frequency of injections. During this time I found that testosterone affects more than just sex. I lost strength and energy and also had difficulty with body temperature. I got colder more easily during the daytime/evening and hot sweats during the night. The next testosterone test came back at 44. My left testicle was obviously degenerating so he said he would remove them. I felt relieved and thankful; I was going to get castrated in a safe, hospital setting and our health insurance would cover it. I didn't expect the alcohol injections to end up this way but it worked out better than I anticipated. Also with my very low testosterone level, he gave me a prescription for replacement testosterone, Testim. I was amazed at the cost but our insurance cuts it down to $80 a year. It only took two days on Testim to start feeling more energetic. I'm hoping to get my T level up enough to alleviate some/all of the undesirable effects of very low testosterone after I am castrated but keep the level low enough to keep my sexual desires non-existent or at least very low. That is an advantage of the testosterone gel, I can adjust the daily dose and tailor it down as I see fit.

We have made all the arrangements and I'm now patiently waiting for the surgery. It’s been an interesting process and hopefully everything will end well. The downside of having my orchiectomy done in a hospital is that I probably won't get more than a glance at the family jewels after they are removed, much less get to keep them but they've pretty much lost their luster anyway. The urologist insisted on a general anesthetic for the biopsies so I didn't see anything then. He has agreed to use a local here so I hope to have some memories of it. My wife is pleased that this chapter is coming to a conclusion. She doesn't have much of a role here but has told me the evening before my surgery, she will administer an enema to me and have a last, good look at my dangling testicles before they are gone. One of her kinky games back when I still had testosterone was to have me kneel on the bathroom floor for her enema. She used a large, penis-shaped nozzle, teasing me that it was longer, thicker and harder than my penis and was going to cum in my bottom with more than a quart of hot, soapy sperm- not just a few drops like my little penis. She used a solution of hot water, soap and glycerin which initially felt warm and sensual but would soon show its more insidious side. She encouraged me to keep my legs spread with head and chest low by reaching down between my legs to masturbate me with her lubricated hand. The sexual pleasure served as a distraction to allow the enema to penetrate more deeply and quickly. She used Baby Magic as a lubricant which seemed appropriate for my hairless little parts. I enjoyed the sexual release but hated the cramps and misery I was left with after the orgasm. She has insisted that I use the full measure of replacement testosterone until I am castrated with the hope that she can give me a memorable orgasm before I lose my balls for good. I had a fantasy about her ordering me to masturbate for my final male orgasm when I was in the pre-op room right before surgery. They have you in there 2 hours before surgery to get you relaxed and hooked up to an IV, etc so there would be ample opportunity and privacy. But having her enema/masturbate me tonight has an equally kinky touch.

Thanks for all the good wishes. I'm pretty certain that things will go fine. After all the doctor says the orchiectomy is easier than the biopsy was. I'm hoping to be up and about to go to a hockey game tomorrow night- state hs divisional finals. Well. only two hours to go! Reports later.

Must still be in a fog- originally ineptly posted this in the other bilateral thread.

I'm back home and am certified ball-less. There were a couple minor issues due to my testicles being infarcted but hopefully nothing serious. One testicle had degenerated a bit so the doctor put a drain on that. It had also effected the skin so it was somewhat of a challenge to stitch up that side. So he got out the superglue or at least its higher-priced medical equivalent side. He did two horizontal incisions which seems different than most castrations. I had a spinal block anesthetic so was awake and talkative during the surgery. My anestheologist was a great guy and very accomodating to my wishes to be alert for the procedure. Have to go back Mon to get the drain removed.
