Depo provera to provera, doseage????

I've been on depo for about 5 months at 150 mg. every other week. My wife and love how much better we communicate and get along. Lots calmer but are still able to make love anytime the notion strikes. The only problem is that I travel for work thus making it difficult to always bring the injections along. I am swapping to oral provera and am unsure of the dosage. I take 150 mg every 14 days with is close to 10 mg. Has anyone had any experience with the oral? I also take calcium and tamoxifen daily. Please list any help that you can and any side effects that you may can pass along. Thanks!
