Glad you liked part 11. Sooooo, you think everyone needs a mother, huh? Well... the answer to that is already planted in the last part, part 11 you just read. And no... we're not talking about Alex nor Jason here. Nope! Ha Ha Ha. But if you know how to read between the lines... the answer is there. What I mean by that is that in part 11 I've planted an clue. There's indeed one character in the story that might evolve the way you'd like to. But of course, I won't tell you more for now. Nooooooo.....

I'm not even sure you'll get your answer in chapter 12. But certainly in chapter 13...

Have read Chapter 11. I am definitely glad everything has turned out o.k. for Ales...so far. I can see in the story the love, compassion,and feelings for others that are apparent in Peter's handling of the soldier who did so much bad. I imagine that nothing was said about the decapitated soldier (by Jason)

because of the soldier(s) being in the wrong. I'm am wondering if the soldier Will (I think is the name) who did not participate in the assault will ultimately want to join the conclave at the Island.

Outstanding story. Thinking of printing it off as it goes to have to read anytime. (Have to get new ink cartridges before I can do that).

By the way, your questions will be answered in the next chapter. I knew people would want to know what would happen to Jason, following the decapitation of the third soldier. And I knew that they would want to know about young Private Will. Problem was, I just couldn't address all the questions in the last chapter. The chapter would have been way too long. At this point in time, I really needed to know if people still had interest in my story. If I asked you readers to let me know about that, it's not because I'm vain and wanted to read nice reviews and comments. It's because I had no idea of how the readers were reacting to my story. Was my story totally boring? Were the readers fed up with it? I had to know. And thanks to the comments and reviews as well as private messages that I got from you guys, now I know I wasn't off track. So thanks...

So you all know, it takes me about a week to write a new chapter. Of course, I don't spend a whole week writing a chapter (LOL), I work on it when I have some spare time. As English isn't my first language, I spend a lot of time making sure that I haven't made grammatical errors and so on...

So yeah... writing a new chapter is time consuming. That's why I appreciate all your comments and reviews.

First of all: You did again a great chapter of the whole story. But many things aren't told yet.

What will happen to Henry in future? Of course the character of Alex is a very social one. Some chapters earlier you wrote, that Alex is working on a law against slavery and forced castrations for slaves (if I rember right). Will Alex change his opinion in that case?

Jason rescued a Senator of Livetime. What kind of gratificaton will he get. I'm not asking, what will Alex will give him - there is no question, because Alex loves Jason very much. But what will the officials do, there should be some thanks from them.

Whats about Private Will? He was involved in that rape. Will he get a punshiment?

You've still some not told story-lines, e. g. John and Jake, Peter and Squirt (or Peter and Henry? )

Especially Peter is only two chapters on the island. Peters assistant William has an untold story, too. How came William to Kristina Island

Its possible that there will be an increasing of the character of Peter.

As you see, there many things can be told

Don't be afraid about grammatical mistakes. English isn't my first language, too. And for a french speaking person (I think you're that like) you did a very good job. There not many french speaking people with good English skills. I can see that every year, when I'm in France on Holiday (I know your from Quebec). But I'm not in France to speak English, because I speak a little french.
