androcur is a useless drug in my opinion,been on the drug 3 months there has been no change in anything exept i now have breast growth, which i knew would happen,i have had no change in energy,strengh,i have had no hot flashes,my scalp hair has lost about 30% of its density and i have receded about 1/4 of an inch on both sides of my hairline,this was 1 of the reasons that i went on the drug in the first place,my body hair is still thick.

So then maybe you need to switch over and use Depot Provera. Not every drug works for each person, and not equally among those for whom they do.

Hair regrowth is not something that will happen over night. It can take months to happen. It may never happen. Castration may not change your hair loss. I started chems in 2003 and was castrated later. I still have hair lose and I still loosing more each year.

The dose you are taking may not be right for you. You should adjust it. Best to have your hormone levels tested to see just where you are at. There is the possibility that your balls were not functioning fully before you started the androcur and taking it will make little difference. What dose are you taking?

My experience of cyproterone acetate (same drug as Androcur) was quite the opposite of yours. Taking just 50mg (one tab) daily I felt the effects very quickly: I had hot flushes within a few days and was impotent by the second or third week. The hot flushes were so bad that I couldn't sleep so I quit taking the drug after the first week, but it was a couple of months before my potency recovered. Second time I tried the drug (a year or so later) I only took 1/4 of a tab daily but the results were exactly the same as on the first occasion. This drug has a very powerful affect on me. I guess we're all different.

Perhaps you should try Depo Provira as Kristoff suggests.

Maybe Androcur doesn't like you either. It works there is no doubt about that.

Regarding hair, you should notice over time that your body hair becomes thinner and much lighter in colour and will regrow very slowly.

Concerning your brow, your hairline on your head - don't expect to see any change at all in density or hair loss.

It's a shame your experience has not been as you expected. Maybe you ought to have had medical advice and base level tests before you began, because Androcur is available on prescription from your Dr in Europe. It is an approved drug. Maybe if you got some professional advice now, you may find that that is of assistance and benefit.

Have you had a large amount of hair loss in a short amount of time?

If so I would go to see a doctor about that. It is normal for some guys to lose hair over time. But if your are getting a large clumps or large number of hairs a day, you could have a serious medical problem that needs to be treated.
