If you had to chose, would it be better to lose your balls, your dick, or for extra points, everything? I think having balls but no cock would feel backwards and weird but everything else would be ok. The only use I have for my balls is testosterone. If I could still get aroused (with hormones or something) then I would love to someday lose my scrotum and its precious cargo.
