question about castration

has anyone here managed to get chemial castration even while in the mental health system (not in hospital just being treated).i need to do something about my sex drive ie. get rid of it.i feel like im being raped (by the devil) ...he CONSTANTLY asks me to masturbate and then at the times when i actually get the urge to he turns into* a shreiking filth bag egging me on to do it ...left alone id just let go n thin km of something else but he keeps making me aware of myself n how i feel until i just get the deed done which leaves me feeling ashamed n almost raped.i cant deal with the filth thats happenning to me .i know that if i got rid of my urges id be happier as thered be nothing for him to get excited about n i wouldnt be constantly ashamed etc.

i recently stopped taking medication for skizophrenia as it made it worse due to the side effects making me feel like i was being touched.

I am not qualified to give much advice in this situation other than to share all of your feelings and sensations with your counselor. There may be other meds for you to try. Please reach out to your mental health professional. It sounds like you are going through very tough times and I am sure they would try to help. Take care and I hope you find relief.

meds cant protect yoot u from the fag that is the devil.not as in homosexual but in its true sense a filthy deviant with nasty nasty desires.even if this wasnt happening i still want it doing i hate my self after masturbating or having sex ..to me its an unnessasary thing thats there just because of nature.i dont want kids n i hate fornication since i was 4 .its just a pain in the ass i want the disgustingness taken out of my body.

I see no reason why castration should be absolutely contraindicated simply because of the presence of mental illness, including schizophrenia. However, I do believe that untreated or otherwise active mental illness does contraindicate castration. One might argue that this especially applies to illnesses involving psychosis.

The therapist I saw before my surgery told me she was willing to write a letter of recommendation for hormones to a TG woman with schizophrenia. She told me she did this because the schizophrenia was well under control with medication, and she was convinced that the gender dysphoria, which was still present, was separate from the schizophrenia.

So yes, it is possible you may find professionals willing to work with you as far as achieving castration goes even with your schizophrenia diagnosis. However, it will be much more difficult. Most doctors will immediately rule out performing any voluntary castration when they learn of your condition, even if that condition is treated and under control.

But at this point your primary goal should be getting your schizophrenia under control. There are a number of medications out there that are designed to treat schizophrenia, so if one is causing side effects, there are others you can try. Keep in mind that all medications cause side effects, so even if side effects are present, it may come down to deciding whether they are really bothersome enough to not allow yourself to live a life free of a serious mental illness.

Once you have experienced an extended period of time free from any psychosis, you can then examine how you feel about castration. If the desires are still present, you can then consider them as possibly an independent phenomenon, and seek care as appropriate. If however the desires are no longer present, you can consider yourself having learned a very important lesson and move on.

I think Plix is spot on. A sudden drop in Testosterone could even cause your mental condition to further deteriorate. You really need to consult with your doctor and be very blunt with him in describing the dicomfort you experience with an out of control libido.

Almost ALL men have a constant desire to get off or sink their penis' into something hot and wet. A mental condition could make that normal compulsion into something extreame and debilitating. I don't think you'd be able to find a competent surgeon that would touch your case without bringing your other conditions under control.

I think that De-Capitation is the answer to your problem, since you seem like you have lost your mind already and the rest is just a fomality.

Painless De-Capitation is very hard to accomplish because all of the rental stores have stopped renting Guillotines (http://europeanhistory.about.com/cs/fre ... lotine.htm) because pending damage lawsuits have made it impossible to insure your rental business if you are still renting these machines to folks.

But, before you do that, go to the Police and file a complaint against the person or persons that caused you to come to the following conclusion...
