Ok, so I guess I screwed up by waiting so long...Now I'm out of luck, I guess...I have been trying to muster up the guts for ten years now to finally be castrated, and even went so far as to make three different appointments with Dr. Spector a few years go, only to cancel them at the last moment...Now, when things are at the perfect place in my life to do it, I came to the Archive only to find out that Dr. Kimmel has retired...NOW WHAT??? I'm ready now, and more serious than ever.....WHAT TO DO??? I live near Erie, Pa. and would like to know if there is anyone around who can help... Not into fantasy stuff...Not into fetishes...Love The Lord and would like to follow through in His path without the hinderence of a sex drive...Anyone out there who can help?????please contact me...

I found quite a bit of information (that seemed to work) that helps to actually lower your T level, without drugs, using OTC nutrition.

Soy, Flax, Licorice root, palmetto.

More is not better.

All must be taken within tolerance levels.

And should be added to your diet one item per week........just in case you are hypersensitive to one of them you can determine this one week at a time.

Might not work for others, but I have had useful success at lowering, almost eliminating, my sexual urges.....not 100%, but pretty darn close....enough to make natural herbs and nutrition work to help minimize/eliminate sex drive.

Years ago, the "Heaven's Gate" cult sent some of their men to Mexico for castration. I do not know what city or any of the particulars. I imagine that a Mexican doctor would not be so averse as a U.S. doctor is to doing castration, especially since you (as a foreigner in Mexico) would be less likely to sue if you had second thoughts afterwards.

There are clinics in Thailand that do castration.

Sorry that there seems to be nobody in the Erie Pa. area for you. Looks like the only people who profit from this situation are the airline/travel industry.

Chemical castration is much cheaper, it has it's drawback to be sure, but have you really looked into it? You should at least give the chemical castration a try out before you do the (irreversable) surgery anyway.

Hi Maestro7, my friend in Alabama recently found a Dr just out of residency that is a urologist who is going to do her orkie a week from friday, she's a TS like me, she said he is trans friendly, don't know if he would be willing to take dr K's place though, she said he just doesn't want people lined up around the block, it's a small town. She has not given me his name yet but there may be hope that he could fill Dr. K's shoes. I'll keep you all posted.

I doubt that the line would stretch around the block, but it might fill the Dr's waiting room. Dr. Spector and Dr. Kimmel certainly fulfilled a need, but they were just too old. Keep us posted.
