I wonder if the high sexual activity in both intercourse and masturbation was a SYMPTOM of high levels of testosterone, and that high T level was the cause of the cancer.

Exactly. A lot of articles get published, and even the scientists themselves get this wrong sometimes, that mix up correlation with causation. I bet the guys with more prostate cancer exhibit more masculine characteristics generally, because like you said the actual causation is likely testosterone.

If anything high sex drive can be a good indicator your hypothalamus(dha) and pituatary gland are in excellent shape .human growth hormone and the flow od other subtype androgenic and estrogen compounds need be considered

I certainly hope this is one if those studies they'll soon publish research studies finding the opposite. I'll definitely be a high risk category based on those factors lol
