Which law do you mean? Was it the law allowing boys boys 13 and over to play strip poker or the law allowing anyone over 13 to have sex with any consenting person over 13?

I agree it's a great story - both 13 year olds having the privilege of being open about having sex, but also being in control of their bodies.

If one's to have his balls snipped, 13 is a great age to do it for those that want to avoid secondary sexual characteristics. I also appreciate the notion that dicks might be optional for many. Even if they're well-designed for penetrating others and impregnating women, they're not a requirement for sexual pleasure.

Another excellent chapter in the story. Too bad as adults, men cannot get done what the boys in the story can have done. Maybe sometime society as well as the medical community will wake up and change some laws and regulations.

Just goes to show, cheat and you will ge caught up with...most of the time. And, let the punishment fit the crime. Loved the story. I do wonder if our hero will lose his other ball and scrotum.
