It is smart to keep a good log book of what you are feeling and track changes. You many not remember when things changed months from now. Or how much they did change. One thing that is good to track is the size of your balls. Measure them around with a string. You will notice a change over the weeks. Looking at them is hard to get a true idea on the changes. Measure them every 2 weeks. I did the 1st and the 15 of the month. You should see a change over time.
