No I do not want implants. The way that I see it they could possibly be another source of pain or problems. Why do you ask?

My scrotum is large because I had a very nice set of balls that used to live in there. I have started having issues with it sticking to my legs since the weather is hotter. Have others had issues with this? If so what did you do to solve the problem?

Had that problem for the first couple of seasons, seldom any more. The scrotum has shrunk considerably just through natural means - the skin tend to re-size itself to the load available to fill it, so to speak. Give it some time, maybe some powder....

I had the same problem for three years after mine were removed. I did not want implants either. After three years, I asked my uroplogis if he could recommenda plastic surgeon hwo could remove my scrotum. He checked and sais," I can remove it". So, he did. It will be a year in August that it has been gone. I love the feel of nothing below my penis.

Flatbagger, It's been a little over three years for me, and it's taken me almost that long to adjust, I didn't have pain and never did, I lost them due to an accident and luckily I was unconcious for the painful part!

Unless you have serious self esteem issues stay away from implants. Anything foreign in your body is a place that infection can get to but anti-biotics can't. That's the one and only reason I don't have 'em

At this point I'm seriously considering having my scrotum removed for the very reason you state, it's a pain in warm weather! Even though it has shrunken considerably.

Life does go on, and with proper HRT it's really not that much of a problem. Maybe a little embarrassing at times and sex is, well, different, but it goes on none the less!

Best of luck and good health, Streetglide
