hi every one im new in all this. my sex drive is making my life a hell, is ruining my personal life and my school, sometimes i skip class just to masturbate me in the bathrooms, i start masturbating since i was 12, back then i use to jerk off 7 times per day, i become porn adicted, at 16 i masturbate 8 times per day, at that age i star develpment some aberrant preferens or sexual deviation as you want to call it, but was 1 fantasy of 20. now from every 10 fantasies i have, 5 or 6 are with this aberrant desire, once i even look forbiden porn, then i went to a psychiatrist, he told me i dont fullfill the profile of a, well prefer dont say the word, dont like me. he also told me "you are a male, all your trouble come frome testosterone, if we can drop it your sexual desires will go away, but when your testosterone get low you wont be able to get an erection"

im 24 now, im afraid my aberrant sex desire get out of my control. i dont want to do anything stupid and ruin an inocent life.

i dont care if my genitals become the size of a newborn, i want drop my testosterone levels to a prepubescent level.

i want be castrated by surgery, but doctor saids no.

So, i wantto start with chemical castration, i want to be castrated as soon as i can, but i dont want become feminized.

my other trouble is that i cant pay the androcure, my option is depo provera but is hard to find a doctor than want to give me de shoot, or birthcontrol pills diane35 i can get those easy but im afraid for the estradiol efects on me.

wich is the fast way to get chemical castration, and wat can i expect at begining. wish my genital be just like when i was 9, small and cute, but the most importan unable to get an erection and without sexual needs

I know what you're feeling and how difficult it is to live with testosterone pushing you to your sexual limits. Chemical castration is the best way to go but you need to keep trying different psychiatrists, psychologists & doctors. A female psychiatrist/psychologist is in my opinion best, most often they are more willing to give you what you want. You need to persevere and not give up. Don't try castrating yourself, you could die or end up in the hospital and the psych ward for a few weeks. If you abuse your balls daily, you might damage them to the point where your doctor might consider removing them. But this can be a painful way to achieve castration. Whatever you do, please be careful.

I can very much relate to how you feel, Marius. I have tried chemical castration several times and had problems dealing with the loss of energy and depression. It definately helps lower libido though. I and many others in our position have been helped with Prozac (fluoxetine HCL) which is a SSRI/ANti-depressant. There is lots of evidence that it helps people with compulsive sexual ideation. Do a search for "prozac" on this site and you can get a lot of information on it.

As with any drug, it can have side effects and helps some people better than others. You also have to consider that chemical or physical castration comes with a long list of effects and health consequences too. I personally find Prozac to be a much more tolerable option and it's cheap. I pay $10 for 90 day supply of 40mg capsules. It is pretty easy to get a prescription from a doc as well. Just don't let anyone start you on too high of a dose if you take it. If you started at 40mg/day, you will fell VERY funky. I'd start with 20 mg for at least a month and then decide if you need to up the dose.

Masturbation while a youth is very common. Very many did as many times as you did a day. Yours may be on the high side of normal. Sexual thoughts can rule a person life. Often ruin the life as well. Seems like yours is not dropping off any. Castration would be the wrong thing to do now. We need to control your testosterone levels to where they are livable.

I do not know what is possible in your country for medical help. It would be best if you could see a doctor and have your testosterone levels tested. May want to have others hormones tested as well. If you do have over active hormones the doctor may have advice on how to control them. Think an over active puberty gland can cause the testicles to over produce. Treating the puberty gland may correct your problems. This could be less expensive then other drugs.

Think before you start taking drugs in your case you should see if you can find the cause of the high levels of testosterone. You may be treating the wrong thing. The cure could be something very simple.

Androcur is a great drug but it expensive and you can not afford it. Depo-provera is common drug use as well. It is low cost but has more feminization effects. Taking birth control pills may give you other drugs that you many not want.

There are several drugs that can reduce the sex drive and not effect the levels of hormones. As Ramses said Prozac can effect the desires or drive. Playing with mind drugs has high risks for many. You could be causing some other problem. The amount of drug that works for one person could have little effect on another. Or the same amount could have a very strong effect. Mind drugs are unperductable. Psychiatrist/doctors tend to experiment trying out different drugs on a person to find what works the best.

Trying to control a very over active hormone levels like you seem to have is not an easy thing to handle. Hope you can find some doctors that can help you. I would think you have a real medical condition.

I can empathize with your problem. You have been given some great advice. Like ramses, I have found that working up to 40mg/day of Prozac works wonders and is very cheap. But, Bobbie is also right in that your mileage may very with this or any med and no drug comes without some risk. You should consult with a physician to have your T levels checked and see if a mor target solution might be an option for you.

From the information on his profile (and from the email address that he's using), RussianBoy is in Russia. His profile gives his age as 21, and he joined the Eunuch Archive 2-1/2 years ago, just a few days after his 19th birthday. He has been reading the information here, but has yet to tell us anything about himself or his reasons for wanting castration. I hope that he will do so soon.

Marius, who began this thread, is but a couple of years older and is in Mexico. He, also, needs to tell us more about himself. We really don't know enough yet to be able to effectively help either of these two.
