The main story is about ritual killing, but down in the article they discuss a boy who had his genitals cut off for ritual purposes.

This is such a sad story, in that someone could actually murder a boy like this.

The boy, Jeffrey, who survived what was done to him is another story. I cant' help but wonder how his life has gone since his forced emascualtion.
