A friend of mine who went through the same way you and Tracy have done talked about that when it comes to dilation you "newlygottengirls" physically, feel everything but great?

Hi John,

If you're making reference to dilation...she's right. It's definitely not much fun and is uncomfortable to do at first, but as the healing process continues and your new vagina stretches, it becomes much more bearable, but not fun.

I'm so glad to hear that everything went so well. Keep up the dilation as prescribed otherwise your depth will reduce quickly.

I know first hand how wonderful you feel. For the first time in my life my body, heart and soul all matched as one.

Thanks. Yes, I dilate three times per day for about 15-20 minutes. I have between 5.5 - 6.0" of depth that I hope to maintain. Did you lose any depth by stopping dilating, or do you know people who that happened to?

Just follow the prescribed dilation regiment that your surgeon gave you and you'll be fine.

I haven't stopped dilating, but since I'm 14 weeks post op now, I'm down to twice a day for 15 minutes per session. I did lose some depth since I couldn't follow my prescribed dilation procedure at first due to the extreme pain of my hemorrhoids. I was originally 5.5", but still have 5" so I'm happy with that.

I do know one girl who just couldn't dilate because she found it too painful. She lost almost all of her depth and is down to about an inch.

Since you used Dr. Toby, when is your second procedure scheduled to complete your SRS?

Yes, I do have my labiaplasty with Dr. Meltzer scheduled for mid-March.

No, I was given a set of three dilators. Small, medium and what I refer to as "life size."

The first week or so I was using the small one and worked my way up from there. I've now been using "Mr. Big" for a month or so.

How do u feel now without anythnig hanging between your legs? Can you descxribe your feelings?
