Physical sensation of having no balls

Post by Milkman (imported) »

My question is what does it feel like sitting , walking or riding a bicycle with no testicles? IS it very noticeable right after being castrated , and then not so ? I feel my balls presence all day. Also the penis is in slightly a different position hanging straight down, not resting on the testicles.. when sitting, etc.. I have not seen any of the newly created eunuchs ever post on this subject...

It really wasn't all that noticeable for me directly afterwords. I suppose the massive swelling might have contributed to that somewhat. :)

I generally only really noticed my lack of testicles when warm weather came around some 6 months later when I no longer had the annoyance of sweaty sack syndrome.

To me it was noticable that something was missing when my balls were removed. BUT it was a wonderful feeling to me. At the time I still had my scrotum so still had the sensation of "something" between my legs. Now that I no longer have the scrotum, there is a feeling of nothing there which I like. Yes, my cock hangs down straight now but that is o.k. Of course, even on HRT my cock has shrunk some. Only problem ther e is when I sit on the pot, I have to be sure and tuck my cock down ward so I don't pee on my clothes.

What about "phantom limb" symdrome (or whatever it is called). Sensations like they are there, phantom pain, or other sensations. In my case my left one is completely numb anyway so its almost as if I have an artificial one (although there is a little feeling in the connecting cords/tissue), and chronic epididimitis has pretty much, though not completely, desensitized the right one too, but I get sexual upwellings from the groin and can just tell that they are there. My main concern is pain; I am trying to get rid of recurring pain, and any risk of phantom pain or other irritants would be so bad.

Being ball-less is a very interesting sensation. Before castration, I tried to imagine what it would be like to not have any testicles. Beleive me, you cannot imagine what it is really like. Not only is there no sensation of anything down there, but you also have this empty space where they used to be. My own impression is that I now know what it feels like to have female genitalia! My penis is still there, but it is rather small and shrunken most of the time, so that it doesn't contribute much to any feeling of "maleness."

Actually, I did have the feeling of balls there on occasion but I have not had those feelings since I had my sac removed in August. Like Kanga, I now know what a woman probably feels like when walking or sitting ot any other activity as far as the legs are concerned.

It feels great

When walking or running there is nothing to bounce around

Sitting or riding a bike there is nothing to get in the way , pinched trapped

Or smashed

you can cross your legs as tight as you want with no worry of pain

I imagine -- since I'm not (yet) castrated -- that being able to cross your legs just like a woman must be a really satisfying sensation for any woman wannabe like me.

Mine have been gone for over three years and I still have that wonderful feeling that there is nothing there. There is no sensation in the penis so it is like there is nothing there. Every day I am aware of there being nothing there but it is a good feeling. When I feel and touch the area it makes me feel good. it was not so while I still had the scrotum. I hated the empty sac and the sticky feeling it had when moving about. It always migrated outside the jockey shorts and there was a tugging on it. After it was removed I felt wonderful. Additionally, my wife plays with the smooth empty area now where she did not much when there were balls there. I keep it shaved smooth also to add to the sensation of freedom. I love it.

A pain doctor I spoke to suggested that trauma associated with the amputation of the part is what can cause some people to have more issues with Phantom pain then others. The current thinking is that the cords and testes should be injected with a nerve block before they are amputated so that the nerves are not all firing pain signals when removed. The old thinking is that the patient is under a General anyway so why bother? If you look at some of the surgical videos (Like Dr Bowers) you will see that the testes are clamped which would be very painful if the patient was not under sedation. If the testicle was injected with nerve blocks? These pain signals would not get wired to the brain and (its now thought) wire it for phantom pain.

Talk to your surgeon, spell out what you know and ask him/her to numb you up in addition to doing a general. It makes sense and can't hurt!
