Ready for a test run.

Post by Spike182 (imported) »

Ive been considering a test drive of Chemical castration for some time now & Ive been reading the archive for a few years now and feel like i know what i need to know. I wana start my test drive. I was thinking i could start on Jan 1st, i can tell my friends who don’t know i my new years resolution was celibacy. lol. Anyway i plan on ordering Cyproterone(because Androcur is no longer on inhousepharmacy) 50mg 100 Tablets. I could start out at 100Mg a day for the first week or so and than tone it down to 50mg per day. Ill start off with 4 months, thats how long the supply should last me. At that point any effects should be completely reversible & it should give me enough of an idea if i like it or not. I plan on keeping a daily diary. If anyone has questions, comments or suggestion please post something.

Keep in mind that it will probably drain you energy at first. Try to stay active and stay mindfull of the symptoms of depression. If you don't want breast growth, you may want to use an anti-estrogen like Tamoxafin with it. Sore and swollen breast HURT!!!!

Good luck with your test run.

Having read about it all, I decided against androcur and cypro due to the usa banning it so my trial run is with depro I am awaiting delivery as it seems there has been a run on depro from ukpharmacy as they are awaiting new batch to arrive - must be a winter past time - lol

To be fair, the US did not ban androcur. It has never been approved for sale in the US, which is a much different matter. To the best of my knowledge, no application was even made to the FDA. Which says nothing about the drug in question.

Most likely you will be sterile after chemical castration but hard to guarantee that you can't get someone preggers. Longterm, it's a crap shot. Some people recover quickly and some people claim permanant loss or lowered functions. The longer you are on it, the higher your risk of lost fertility and function. No way to GUARANTEE anything unless you bank your spank.

If I were in your shoes I would bank sperm before doing this. Most people say trial runs can go up to 6 months before changes that can't be undone start to happen but I think this varies. At best being fertile after long periods of chem castration will be complicated.

Your testes will probably start to atrophy fairly quickly but as Ramses said there have been more then one person who thought this was make them sterile that found out it taint so. Plus its doesn't always kill all your sex drive.

Your results will vary!

Have you spoken to any professionals about this? Your Doctor a therapist etc? I strongly suggest you do that before you start and get them on your team to insure that if you go forward you don't hurt yourself and maybe talk to an expert to examine why this has appeal and if there is a better way or thing to do.

Good luck!
