Most of the ones I've seen (and quite a few at that) were still 100% in-tact, though only 1 in 5 could still achieve erection (due to HRT, of course). Of the, oh, 5 or so that I've seen shooting a load, only maybe one or two had an unusually low amount of emission. There is a reason for them to remain in-tact. You'll probably laugh when you read this, but if an FTM gets an orchiectomy (de-nutting), they pay MORE in the long run (~1000 for the de-nut, and that SAME thousand again for the vaginoplasty(or much much more)). Then there's the shrinkage thing. Take the nuts out, scrotum atrophies, penis shrinks faster too. Both of these are bad (though not the worst) for a woman-to-be.
