Dear Hompty,
My first thought was that the cords that Dr. Kimmel cut are somehow pulling when you walk. You need to go to a walk-in clinic and get this checked out. Osteoporosis could also be a factor.

Ditto on the cords. One reason to get a Radical Orchiectomy rather then a scrotal.
Take - Two Calcium / Vit D tabs a day! All of us who are testicularly challanged regardless if we are on HRT or not!
