You may need to give it more time. I know of some bodybuilders who were all shutdown and it took them several years, but they eventually started producing again. However, I am willing to bet that your testosterone level will never go completely back to what it was before, no matter how much time you give it

Your testicles WILL shrink. I think the few people who don't see this are the exception. Ditto on waiting to see if they can come back. Also on asking about clomid or hcg. You should explain in detail that you were doing a test run only.

If this doesn't work there is HRT.

Anyway, thanks for your message. That 6 month time frame is not written in stone either. I think it very likely that some changes will happen in that time frame to some men that are not easily reversable.

Apart from all the other physical changes as already mentioned, I have not noticed, nor has my wife, any changes to the genital area, apart from smoother pubic hair.Wife says testicals and penis have not changed in her opinion.

Testicular atrophy varies. Some men get it bad others at a very slow rate. I think everyone gets some shrinkage but? Maybe there really are exceptions. I don't think penile shrinkage happens myself (The system is different) but the guys on the prostate cancer forum (Phoenix 5) do think that USE it or LOOSE it really is the way it works for penile health. Which I guess makes sense.

so its turned out to be a really good thing, that my docs are involved. during the process of looking at my shutdown testicales they found out that i have kidney cancer, something i wouldnt have known about otherwise.
