I told the surgeon to ensure it could not be reversed as I had 2 daughters and wanted to ensure there wasn't a chance of my wife becoming pregnent again. (I love my kids to death - it was just I was caught in a very unhappy marriage.)
Anyway wouldn't you know it. I am now dating a young lady who is 20 years younger than me, and whom I love to death. She is interested in having kids. I know it is almost impossible that my vascectomy can be reversed. Is it possible however to drain sperm from the testicles (as I am still producing sperm) and from there we could "manually" inject it into her?
Thanks for any help anyone here can give.

Do a google search and find a clinic near you. Most vasectomies are reversable regardless of the technique. (unless you have been castrated) Find a reliable clinic and GO FOR IT.
Do not hide the fact from your lady friend. Get her support and get things out in the open.
There is no way to extract the sperm from the testicles in quantities great enough to insure fertility.
Get the reversal surgery. O.K.?
