Using any web search engine you can easily find links to the eunuch.org/vbulletin section. My google search was on "testim". I saw this search result:
Testim Usage to maintain erections - Eunuch Archive Message Boards8 posts - 5 authors - Last post: May 21, 2003
Question #3 - My endo doc told me that the Testim would actually cause my remaining testicle to atrophy more and eventually become soft and ...

Clicking on the link takes you directly to the vBulletin, which bypasses the main screen or www.eunuch.org which informs people what the site is about and DO NOT ENTER if this offends or is illegal in your area.
Isn't there some way to block a "backdoor" access to the vBulletin board, via a cookie or something and redirect the browser to the main page of unuch.org before permitting the unaware to directly access the vBulletin board?
I ask this not as a complaint, but as a suggestion help insure that potential complaints or legal problems do not occur.
Bypassing the "DO NOT ENTER" main page.

Considering that the story searching relies on Google, I suppose the best you could hope for is that they use PHP to check your referrer and see if you came from an outside site, then display the page...
Me? I bookmark the main page, I don't honestly know if it's illegal here or not :-\

Actually, our system does not rely on Google, we simply allow it to index us in their system. The only way around, so far as I know, is to lock a lot of things down. That, at this point, we are not willing to do.

I didn't say your system relies on google, just the story searching

Re: Bypassing the "DO NOT ENTER" main page.
What about "cookies" ?
I don't know how these things work, and don't work, but if someone visits the main intro page a cookie is saved on their computer and as long as they have the cookie, at least 1 time, then they can enter any other area, logged on as a member or not.
But if they access a bulletin board page via a search engine hyperlink, and the don't have a main intro page cookie on their computer the bulletin board would first direct them to the main intro page.
At least the concept sounds plausible, but I do understand that there can be limitations in the bulletin board software.
