Hearts on personals photos

What do the hearts on the personals photos signify? I can't seem to find the answer in the personals system anywhere.

Took a little bit, but I managed to figure it out. It's a watermark, put there by the system. I'm attempting to edit it to something slightly more appropriate.

I wasn't as concerned about the hearts as much as I am now about trying to log into the personals.

I have used 2 different names over a period of time. Neither one will let met enter the personals.

What is going on now?
