Now you really piqued my curiosity! All I could find on the net was that a "Jill Job" is an I-do-it-just-for-the-money job. This comes from the book "The Fabulous Girl's Guide to Decorum" by Kim Izzo and Ceri Marsh. Well, we Fabulous Girls have gotta do what we gotta do, just like John Wayne, if we want to stay Fabulous. For a moment there, I'd hoped that the long sought Fountain of Sexual Youth had been discovered in the form of a previously unknown kind of "job." Sigh.
