So I have been thinking, when I get the money and all that crap and start my chemical castration what will I need to keep my body in tip top shape. Also will I need to change vitamins??

IMHO if you eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise you don't need "vitamins" and other supplements. 99.9% of them anyway are just excreted out of your body and not absorbed. All dietary supplements do is function as a wealth transfer device, from your wallet to the pharmaceutical companies.
