Back to the original question.
The burdizzo method is iffy on adult humans for two reasons. First of all, it is not good for adult animals of any sort because the vascularity is much greater in post-pubescent animals, and therefore much more difficult to fully clamp. Burdizzo is not meant to be used on adult animals.
Secondly, most animals raised domestically are herd animals, and their breeding practices are very different than humans and therefore their testicles are very different. Specifically, the spermatic cords on animals like sheep are much stiffer than on humans (or other primates) and are much easier to permanently destroy. Human spermatic cords and blood flow are much more resilient.
My suggestion (if you can handle it) is to clamp off the blood flow for 12 hours. According to articles on testicular torsion (a medical condition where the blood flow is cut off to the testicles), 12 hours pretty much guarantees that your testicles will be dead. Look it up on the Internet, there's a lot of information on this.
The only downside to this method is that it is very difficult to clamp yourself for that long. I suggest you will need help -- i.e. have someone restrain you for that time period, and maybe use painkillers.
Good luck!

tetanus vaccination good for ten years if you do not get a cut. You will need to be revaccinated if it has been seven years and you have a cut. Children are protected through the age of about 11-13. (seven years since last vaccination of the three childhood vaccinations mentioned)
