It requires refridgeration Spelxed? Cooling and if you let it get room temp it stops working. Plus you do want to have a doctor involved in finding the proper dose so save yourself a lot of grief and the very real possibility of some flake selling you who knows what crap to inject into your penis for his jollies.

See a doctor. Get a real prescription.

Or don't google it I quote "CAVERJECT must be stored at or below 25°C. Reconstituted solutions are physically and chemically stable for a period of 24 hours at room temperature and 7 days under refrigeration if stored in the original container."

On the other hand there is Bimix. The ingredients are generics (papaverine and phentolamine) you get 20-40 doses for about $120. Works great and needs no

refrigeration. *No, I've not tried it.

Sounds like it would be okay at room temperature then, as 25C = 77F. So as long as it's unreconstituted, it should be shelf-stable, right?

I followed my own advise and researched with google. I guess the best I can do is say "I'm a confused person and possibly also an idiot"

From the Mayo Clinic they start by saying

"Storage

Store in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.

You may store the suppositories in the refrigerator, but do not freeze them."

Seems very simple eh? Mr T "am right"? No wait... In the very next paragraph they add...

"Do not keep outdated medicine or medicine no longer needed.

Alprostadil for Injection while in the powder form can be stored at room temperature (between 15 and 25 °C or 59 and 77 °F) for 3 months. After it is mixed, the solution must be used immediately. Suppositories may be stored at room temperature."

Ok..... So the question is if the Alprostadil that you using is the type you mix yourself. I'm familiar with it when its in a bottle that needed to be put in the fridge but they have some "kits" now with a special hype. Dial an Erection type of thing.

And btw the Alprostadil Suppository form of this drug (MUSE) I'm very familiar with and it says very clearly that it MUST be kept in the fridge. One you let it get to room temp it goes bad very quickly.

Does any of this help? Other then this "dry" form that I've not been familiar with or used I think my original answer is correct but maybe that not he common ways its done now?

And yes, <gulp> 25c is room temp. This goes to show I wasn't paying attention. I was "thinking" 25f which actually would be wrong as well since your NOT supposed to freeze this.
