Chat Problems

I have never since day one been able to get my words to show up on screen. I've written to get info but nothing. Someone welcomes me to chat and that's it. I've quit trying. Does anythng interesting go on there?

I am also having issues with the chat. I am able to recive PM's but I can not send them out. It shows as if they are going out but as far as I can see they are not. Is there a problem with the server today? Time is 4:24 Eastern PM
