I guess that is why you should have a digital camera, poor Grandma.

What peoples opnions are these days.

Things are just crazy!

What the world is comming to.

I think some people go a little overboard.

Guess you better print out your pics at home and not take them to Walmart or the photo store, they snoop so much these days and look at all your pictures, I think this is wrong in a way.

You do not sign a release or anything for them.

I guess it can sometimes be good in a good way, but the bad person must know better than taking them to the Photo lab while poor old Grandma was just trying to take a pic of memory which has been done for years.

In the 80's my grandma took a pic of me in the bathtub and did not go to jail, in fact pics are for memories and not always for bad intentions.

I guess if the Supreme Court won't allow him to execute the child molesters, he'll have to settle for this.

I would say it is a start, I have heard some sucess stories of former male in his 20's who went on Depo Provera which helped him from having the agression and anger that he previousley had and calmed down a lot.

I guess it just depends on the person and opinion.

I guess chemicial castration is a start to helping some who may benefit from it.

In todays society I do not think it will go too well with the ethics to kill a person who does such an offense, but I do agree it is wrong and that the person needs to find help.

I would say something that would have sucess needs to be done, but I have not concluded a plan, but think a start to sucess has began.

Also some of these guys just take off and dissapear who have raped and have promised to take Depo Provera every week, I guess just to keep on doing the things they have done that got them in the situation to begin with.

I am not sure what a soultion would be, I would say it just depends on the person and the person would need to be evaluated to see what the best thing to do to that person would be to stop what that person is or was doing to try and make something in life.

I would say it depends on many factors.

Maybe this is way too simple...

For example I'm not for the death penalty because I think it would be criminal for society to murder murderers. And what do you say to the guy unjustly accused and sentenced.

*Just as I think it would be wrong to have prisoners raped who were rapists.

However if the option is to set killers free after 7 years with good behaviour and call it "life in prison" which was the norm for a while then FRY EM! At least they are not loose to kill again.

Common sense says that Grandma with pictures of the grandkids in the bath be ok. And the people trying to prosecute them given a talking to and maybe being shown the door.

Real kiddy porn needs to be ended and the people selling and promoting this shit put away fast.

You have said the words and taken them out of my mouth. LOL

I saw your post and I think this sounds more to the lines of the way I feel and the way it should be.

I think that many life sentences in Louisiana are for life. That may be one reason we have one of the largest prison populations in the world.
