Taking steps and Inhouse Pharmacy

I think after looking into this for some time I would like to take some steps to start feminisation. I'm not to sure on what medication I will need and am limited by what I can afford. (cheap is better)

Could someone help me with which regimin they would recomend that has the least risk (oral) for T lowering and Feminisation?

Also is it safe to use inhouse pharmasy in the UK?

Sorry from what has been posted in other threads you can no longer order any medication into the UK.
