Well, you do look kind of squirrelly. That is my attempt to save your pun.

Ive never thought about losing limbs. From a younger age Ive wanted to lose either my cock or balls, or both. That urge is pretty much at its tipping point

Re: Castration, Penectomy, Nullification, Amputation and BIID
Welcome to the forums, and the best of luck on your quest...
Good news, it has gotten considerably easier these days to find surgeons that will do this sort of operation, and there is now an official set of standards on what sort of things are needed to get them to do it (and often get your insurance to pay for it...) Technically looking for castration / penectomy falls under the transgender umbrella, so the first thing I always suggest is reaching out to your local transgender clinics or centers, and asking for their help.
The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) released a new version of their Standards of Care - the SOC v8, about a year ago, and it now includes a chapter specifically on Eunuchs. It's a free download, w/ links posted here in lots of places... I strongly suggest downloading it, and ideally reading all of it, but especially the Eunuch Chapter. For better or worse, there are a number of hoops you have to get through, and it takes some time, because they want to be REALLY sure that you are fully informed of the consequences of this totally irreversible surgery and are absolutely certain you want it, as well as being competent to give fully informed consent...
In short, you will probably need a lengthy trial period of (reversible) chemical castration, at least one, often two referral letters from shrinks OK'ing it and a referral from your TG doc in order to get a surgeon to do the operation.... In my experience (having gone through it recently) none of this is terribly difficult, it is just time consuming...
One of the reasons I say to read the SOC early on, is that getting the letters and referrals in many ways is like a job interview, where you don't want to lie, but how you answer questions can make a big difference - knowing what they are looking for can help you in answering them in the ways that they want to hear...
Feel free to ask any questions you may have... It is often better to start your own thread rather than adding on to existing ones.
