Doing the fan dance at CORFLU 19

THURSDAY

Image 5IM00613.jpg shows me just after a hot flush hit me and I had taken off

my blue Post Office shirt. The long item around my neck is a travel pouch where

I carry my passport and airline tickets. I had not got around to dropping it

off in my room.

FRIDAY DAYTIME

The hot flushes were hitting me every hour or so, and this one was particularly

bad. So bad that I peeled off my T-shirt. And that is when somebody decided to

take this picture. My eunuchoid features can be noticed. After this episode, I

always retreated to the con suite bathroom when the flushes hit.

why I was looking so grim. After all, I had a wonderful time at the convention.

FRIDAY EVENING, SATURDAY MORNING

yet another flush.

SATURDAY EVENING, SUNDAY

and all. The fan is on the table, idle for once. (Thank God.)

(my feet were hurting), and, yes, fanning away.

Actually, the vacation was 4 nights in Colorado Springs, followed by 4 nights at CORFLU 19 in Annapolis, Maryland. Nice weather in both places
