That all depends on what portion of the website you are talking about. If you mean the message boards here, that would be vBulletin, and it is available at http://www.vbulletin.com (http://www.vbulletin.com/).

If you want free forum software, this is a good one http://www.simplemachines.org/. I use it on some of my sites, but I use and prefer vBulletin for my main forum.
