I want to echo what Plix said. Age will bring you most of that stuff and you probably won't like it but there won't be a lot you can do about it.

If I can be serious for a moment have you spoken to anyone about these desires? A good doctor might be able to help you find a source for this desire and perhapes help you understand it and deal with it in a positive way.

If I were 23 years old (which I am), and I had good sexual functioning (which I don't), I wouldn't be screwing with it. Had I felt the same way when I was 20, I would probably be in that position now. There will be plenty of time for penile shrinkage and decreased sensitivity as you age. Not only that, but you will get decreased libido and ability as well. I wouldn't rush those things. They are not as fun as they seem when you are fueled by a high libido. I shouldn't have been this way until at least 20 years from now, but now I get to live with it for who knows how long, possibly life, and after having only had a few years of good sexual functioning. Enjoy the way you are now while it lasts. You will get what you want in time, and only with time is anyone truly ready for what they want.
