To start off, I am 23 years old. I would like some advice/help with the following questions,

1. I have read about tucking the testicles into the body where they were once before they descended, Can this be archived & how can it be done?

2. What effects can I expect from tucking my testicles?

3. Is there anyway that I can lower the sensation of my penis head?

4. What type of modifications can be done that are simple to do?

5. Is there a way that I can shrink my penis size (Currently 6" hard) without drugs or any medication?

I'll try to address some of your questions here, but there are other threads that do it better.

As a part of development the testicles drop thru the inguinal canals and into the scrotum. In some children, this has not occuered at birth. In still others, they will not drop without surgical intervention. In some cases the trapped testicles are strangled of a blood supply , and atrophy. Most often if that is the case they are removed.

I am a unique individual in that my testicles never fully developed and also did not drop. I really have no scrotum at all, and the atrophied testicles are about the size of chick peas. No one who isn't truly skilled can even find them.

I have heard of people who choose to have their testicles sewed back into the inguinal canal, but this will surely affect sperm production. It could also lead to a higher risk for testicular cancer, and it makes it harder to examine them for that.

Think long and hard before looking into option to make such a change, cause you must truly be prepared to end up not having testicles at all , if you follow a path such as this. Not having balls isn't a bad thing, you just must be prepared for that possibility.

As for de-sensitizing your penis head, you didn't state if you were circumcised or not. Since you are from Canada, that is a 50/50 possibility.

If you are not cut, make a point to wear your foreskin retracted for a while. This will expose the very sensitive glans to the rubbing of fabrics against it, and it will tend to dry out some. The more exposeure that the skin of the glans gets, the less sensitive it will be.

If you are cut, and still sensitive, then there are creams that can be applied to temporarily dull sensation. You can also do some banding play(dangerous) just behind the ridge of the glans, and over time , the banding sessions will dull the nerves in the glans. I caution again, that this could cause serious damage to your penis, or could result in a blood clot, that could cause death. Banding is not a safe activity.

I once chatted with a guy who had such a sensitive glans , that he sought out medical help. In effect they made an incision, and cut a bundle of nerves to the glans. It basically rendered it numb, but achieved his goal of being able to last more than a few seconds sexually. if your over sensitivity is about cumming too quickly, try jerking off first before a sexual encounter, then it will take you a bit longer to achieve orgasm the second time.

I am fully aware that tucking the testicals inside of the canal may affect sperm production, But as this is part of my goal it isn't really a big issue. I am uncut. How can I achive any of the above without surgery or medication?

3. Yes, there are several "pain ointments" at your local drugstore, bought over the counter, and they contain lidocane or other forms of nerve sensation deadening. They would be a temporary fix, but I've tried them and they work....also, if you're into the subculture, certain white powders that come from South America rubbed around the moistened head can have the same effect.

4. I defer to the group on that one.

5, I don't think so, except for long-term estrogen use...that might (sress on MIGHT), serve over the long term to shrink your penis, but I don't know if that's a proven side-effect or not. Some of the stories on this board seem to indicate it's an effect, but that may be wishful thinking.

If I were 23 years old (which I am), and I had good sexual functioning (which I don't), I wouldn't be screwing with it. Had I felt the same way when I was 20, I would probably be in that position now. There will be plenty of time for penile shrinkage and decreased sensitivity as you age. Not only that, but you will get decreased libido and ability as well. I wouldn't rush those things. They are not as fun as they seem when you are fueled by a high libido. I shouldn't have been this way until at least 20 years from now, but now I get to live with it for who knows how long, possibly life, and after having only had a few years of good sexual functioning. Enjoy the way you are now while it lasts. You will get what you want in time, and only with time is anyone truly ready for what they want.

But if I had the chance I would give my working sexual parts in turn for non working ones.

1. Yes it can be archieved (not permanently). I once found instructions by googling in russian something like "surprise packing guide" (original: руководство по упаковке сюрпризов).

2. Possibly change of fertility - but that is not guaranteed - it's not a contraception method . About other effects - I don't know.
