Yes, in most jurisdictions, it is age 73. However, this may vary by locality. Do check your local laws. Aside from this, most people purchasing such drugs do so via the internet - which does not yet have age-verification scanning systems in place.

For boys who are being treated as potentially Male-to-Female, GnRH agonists (one of the forms of chemical castration) may be given, UNDER A DOCTOR’S SUPERVISION, as young as ten to twelve. The child is also given extensive counselling to make certain that transition to female is the best outcome. It seems to be in about 80% or more of cases, but it’s critical that the decision be properly explored before anything irreversible is done.
Other than for Male-to-Female (Male-to-Eunuch is not yet recognized as a transgender category) the legal age is the same as the legal age of adulthood in your country. You would need to convince a doctor that it was in your best interest for him (or, more likely, her) to prescribe the medications and to monitor your health. There is the potential of unwanted side-effects that need to be checked.
While extra-legal use is certainly possible – all it needs is a credit card and Internet access – health considerations argue strongly for involving a physician.

I am trying to understand you fully, are you saying that at legal age of adulthood ( I think it's 18 here ) I am able to legally acquire androgen blockers for myself, or for a child that needs them?

Think giving medications to another person could be illegal in many countries. Giving antianogens is very wrong for you are changing the person's life. That should only be done under a doctors care. You can be putting the person in great risk giving drugs. It is a very hard choice for a parent for their child to make that choice and that is only after great discussion with doctors and counselors.
How do you feel that you should be able to give drugs to a child?

That's not what I meant. I was asking if he meant that an adult ( 18+ ) could legally obtain these chemicals for own use or if that were disallowed and that these chemicals were only legally available to children that need them, under the consent of their adult and perhaps doctor.

The most important thing to know is that these chemicals require a doctor to prescribe them. There are some internet sources for them that do not require a prescription but not all of those sources are honest or reliable. --FLO--

Can you explain to me why you would need to be older than 18 to get them from a doctor? ( If so is in any countries ).

In most countries, for someone below the legal age of majority (apparently 18 in Iceland), to even get an aspirin from a doctor requires parental approval.
Except in an emergency situation, there must be approval by the adult who is "responsible" for the child. Once you are legally an adult, you are the one who makes those decisions (with a cooperating doctor).
