A man goes to his doctor complaining about his rather low and deep voice;

"DOCTOR, IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO TO MAKE MY VOICE MORE NORMAL? IT IS VERY INTIMIDATING TO MOST PEOPLE AND MANY HAVE TROUBLE HEARING ME BECAUSE ITS SO LOW?"

The doctor examines him thoroughly and offers the following;

"I think your voice is greatly affected by your exceptionally large penis. If we were to perform a penile reduction surgery, the reduce weight from a normal sized penis should put less strain on your vocal chords and resolve your problem."

The man agrees and goes under the knife. A couple weeks later he visits the doctor for a follow up. He asks;

"So doc, you were right! My voice is almost normal. People have no problem conversing with me, it’s great!"

"But what did you do with the part of my penis you removed?" he inquired.

The doctor replied "WHY DO YOU ASK?"

The joke is that the doctor, after removing the man's exceptionally large penis, then had it attached to himself, causing his voice to be affected.

I remember a similar story, here in Italy: but the man was a stutter with three testicles, guess what will happen...
