The second time for me worked in 7-10 days.

I'm dying to get back on it again, looking at going for a B or C cup breast now...

Now is my third round with ANdrocur.

At my first time, I too had gotten little dampening of libido at 200 mg for over 3 months. While my ability to get an erection diminished and if I ever get to an orgasm, I was shooting blanks, my desire for sex remained too strong for my taste.

Then I supplemented the Androcur with Tamoxifen, and within 10 days, I was completely sexless -- not a thought of sex at all, not to mention no erections and ejeculate. It was too much of a sudden blanking out of a big part of my life that I freaked out and phased out all the medications.

But the third time around, I paced myself. I started off with both at the same time. The highest dose I took was 100 mg Androcur and 40 mg Tamoxifen for only 3 days. Then I noticed the sharp drop in libido and I quickly reduced the dosage. Now, after less than a month, I am really happy with the results -- I stayed completely soft no matter what I tried, my libido is way down, I still wish intimacy, but not sex. And just today, I am ratcheting down my dosage to what I think would be a good sustaining dosage; i.e., 12.5 mg Androcur plus 5 mg Tamoxifen (i.e., 1/4 pill each) per day.

I couldn't find to much information about the use of Tamoxifen. As for the androcur, I came back to 25mg/day for 2 weeks now and the effect seems to remain same as before on 50mg/day. But same as you wrote:

So I will give it a try, I ordered the Tamoxifen, and a soon as I get it, I will start the combination with androcur and keep the forum informed about the results

Just curious does Tamoxifen promote breast developement. I am looking for the effects that you got but not really looking for breast development (I would enjoy my own pair to play with but my wife wouldnt like it:)) I am presently taking 50mg 2 times per day of siterone (and pretty happy with the results) but would like to find something to supliment the siterone with something so i can lower the dose.

Thanks Terry

Tamoxifen is sometimes prescribed (and often taken without prescriptions) by body builders who used steriods so as to avoid breast development when they are off cycle with the steriods.

As such, Tamoxifen not only does not promote breast development but it helps reduce any chance of developing breasts while taking such anti-androgen as Androcur.

As for reversing breast development, I don't think any medication can truly do so but cannot say I know much about it.

Tamoxifen's mechanism is, according to what I could gleam from my research, is to bond with estrogen receptors (such as breast and bone tissues) so that they were "fooled" into thinking they had estrogen already and therefore would not bond with the real estrogen circulating naturally in our system. However, being bonded to Tamoxifen rather than the hormone estrogen, these cells did not get the real effect of estrogen. Therefore, the breast would not grow. As for the bone system, the bones having bonded with Tamoxifen would not be lacking of either androgen or estrogen, and therefore would not result in osteoporosis.

Please understand that the above is a layman's very simplistic attempt to understand something I have no expertise.

In short, Tamoxifen should suit what you wish to achieve.

Having said that, I would urge you to check out Tamoxifen medical sites to make sure that you do not have any conditions for which Tamoxifen is not recommended.

Well I got my labs back and as I thought my T level had went back up as my insterest in sex porn and everything else was back. Not sure why the change as my dose was the same as it was at my last labs and my t level was at 66 and now it is at 105.

So after reading some things posted about adding Tamoxfen I have ordered some too kill off the libido. I am also uping my siterone dose to 75mg 2 times per day as I want my t level to be at castrate level as this is my test run at deciding if I want the real thing. I will post how it goes after I have received and started taking the Tamoxifen.

Never did hear from Nomorehotbutt, how is it going is it working for you??

Androcur never did anything for me after being on & of Spironolactone for nearly 2yrs. Also being on and off Spiro, each time I would have to take more after I restarted taking it up until the point where my MG dosage was getting close to 4-digits. D: I had some rather nasty side-effects at that dosage -- not recommended.

it seems that alot of people have problems going back on androcur and need larger doses. anyone notice if they need to increase dose after being on androcur for a prolonged time.
