The wannabe model who claims billionaire Jeffrey Epstein pressured her into a sexual affair when she was an underaged girl not only wasn't born a woman, she wasn't a minor at the time, new court papers charge.

Ava Cordero, 23, claims the Upper East Side investor took advantage of her in 2000, when she was an impressionable 16-year-old who allegedly went to him for help with her modeling career.

Cordero was born Maximillian Cordero in 1983, records show. She has been living as a female since her early teens and has taken hormone treatments for a decade, sources close to Cordero said.

Cordero claimed to have phone records that back up her account that she had a months-long sexual relationship with the much older man, but papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court show those records may actually demolish her case.

Cordero's suit "is entirely untenable because the factual predicate for the actions - that Cordero was under 17 at the time of the alleged events - cannot be true," the filing by Epstein's lawyers says. "Cordero was already 18 at the time of the phone calls."

Cordero's new lawyer, Jonathan Lenoir, could not be reached for comment.

Yeah, but suppose for a moment it DID happen.

...and, Epstein, in fact, "groped" this minor while masturbating...

...if "SHE" was still a "HE" in addition to Epstein's "PEDIOPHILE" label they could paste "GAY" on the front of it, too.

You see, molestation is no respector of sex, however, society still treats FEMALE pediophiles much differently than male pediophiles, and Gay pediophiles differently than heterosexual pediophiles.
